I have represented Federal employees across the nation with various issues. I use my vast experience to try to educate federal workers of their rights and responsibilities with regards to thier federal claims.

I retired from Federal employment with 29 years of Federal service.  The last 20 years of my Federal employment was with the Office of Workers’ Compensation Program in the Dallas District Office.

I was a former Claims Examiner, Senior Claims Examiner and retired as a Claims Manager.  Since my retirement in December 1997, I have been representing injured federal employees, including USPS employees, with their federal workers' compensation claims.

I have handled all phases of an OWCP claim, from representing clients at the District Office level, to appeals before the Branch of Hearings and appeals to the Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB) in Washington, D.C.

I am certain that I can pursue help for you in your case, treat you with kindness and respect, and keep your privacy and health as our number one concern.
